Day 1: Chiclayo
Arrival in Chiclayo. Assistance on your arrival to Chiclayo and transfer to your selected hotel.
Day 2: Chiclayo - Huaca Rajada - Lord of Sipan Museum - Brunning Museum
After breakfast, drive 40 minutes from Chiclayo to visit the impressive necropolis of Huaca Rajada, a Mochica funeral center where a great number of tombs have been discovered and where the tombs of the Old Lord of Sipan (3rd Century) and the Lord of Sipan (5th Century), famous for its objects in gold and semi-precious stones were unearthed in the decade of 1980' s by Peruvian archaeologists led by Dr. Walter Alva. In the afternoon, after a typical northern dishes lunch, visit the Brunning Archaeological Museum for an introduction to the History of the Lambayeque Area. The museum houses an interesting collection of textiles, jewelry and ceramic as well as a replica of the tomb of the Lord of Sipan. Transfer to your selected hotel for overnight.
Day 3: Chiclayo - city tour
Breakfast. Guided city tour and its surroundings. Transfer and assistance on your departure.
