CANCELLATIONS

• 5% of amount prepaid will be charged if the customer cancels the services before one month of the beginning of tour.
• 5% of the agreed total price of tour will be charged if the customer cancels the services between 15 to 29 days before of beginning of tour.
• 5% of the agreed total price of tour plus the cost of first night of hotel in first two cities included in the itinerary of the Tour will be charged If the customer cancels the services with less than 15 days before of the beginning of the tour. Additionally customer will be charged with the cancellation fee of the air tickets and administrative fees of Perutourism.
• If the customer cancels part or all services after the beginning of the Tour, it will be charged with not less than 60% of agreed total price of Tour.
• Modifications and new request of the customer after the beginning of tour will be charged separately.

Trip2peru will do its best efforts to avoid charges mentioned above, as far as providers will agree and administrative cost were not generated.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

The payment procedure that Trip2peru used to apply is as follows:

• Your Travel Specialist will send you a Mail Order Form. By this form you will pay for a percent of the total amount of the trip. As soon as we receive the payment we will go ahead with all your bookings, reconfirm them and print all your hotel and tourist services coupons as well as domestic flight tickets.
• You will pay the balance upon your arrival to Lima. Payment can be made by cash or traveller checks. (Extra charges for travellers checks and credit cards applies)
• The day of your arrival, your Travel Specialist will personally meet you at the airport or hotel to give you your tickets, vouchers, and a detailed itinerary.
